Method: RoomPlan floor-plan chain vs founder tape (2026-08-22) · report generated 2026-08-26

Matching was structural, and ambiguous candidates were dropped — not guessed. Windows read 2–3 inches narrow because the scanner measures the glass aperture inside the taped frame span; we say so rather than hide it.

The chain also measured this apartment's ~9 ft 4 in ceilings in every capture — a span tools that assume 8 ft ceilings never see. (Ceilings were never tape-measured, so they stay out of the headline numbers.)
